TFP System · Technology for fashion

TFP System: from operational management to business intelligence.

From sketch to delivery, every garment with its cost and its trail.

TFP System is the platform The Full Package runs its apparel plant on, end to end. We built it for ourselves, the brands that manufacture with us use it, and it's the foundation of what we offer other companies. It doesn't just record what happens: we're building the tools to interpret it.

01What it does today

Current capabilities

Features in use in our plant, verified in the system's code.

Per-minute quoting

Available

Minutes of each operation at the plant's real cost per minute, materials and contingency by lot size. The price is verified before it's issued.

Order planning

Available

Work orders and the materials plan in a single step. The plan is frozen when issued and every change requires a reason.

Hour-by-hour production

Available

Every module logs output against target, with staffing changes and controlled closing.

Purchasing with a witness

Available

Every purchase order is tied to a sample or work order, and whoever creates it can't approve its payment.

Lot-based inventory with QR

Available

Balances are calculated from movements. Scanning the label shows the lot's balance, location and history.

Quality and shipping

Available

Only what quality received ships, recounted by a second person, with control of seconds.

Traceability of every order

Available

From request to invoice, by order and size, with a status history that can't be edited.

Controlled documents

Available

Quotes, purchase orders, tech packs and delivery notes with format codes and sequence numbers.

02Delivery notes

What ships, ships counted. And the client confirms it.

  • Delivery note in PDF and a link for the client, with an expiry date.
  • The client accepts or reports an issue with photos. If there's no reply within the term, it's deemed accepted: 5 days for domestic deliveries and 15 for exports.
  • Returns decided line by line: repair, replace or move to seconds.
  • Delivery notes pending invoicing in plain sight, and the invoice recorded against its lines.
03Accounting integration

Connected to Siigo Nube

TFP System queries Siigo Nube so that what ships, what's invoiced and what's collected add up.

01

Invoice validation against delivery notes

Before recording an invoice against the lines of a delivery note, the system checks in Siigo that it exists, belongs to the same client, has the same date and that the amount matches.

02

Accounts receivable

Outstanding balance and due date of each invoice.

03

Cash receipts

What the client paid, when, how much and which invoice it was applied to.

04

Accounting support

Payroll cross-checked against accounting entries, and the payroll changes template ready to upload to Siigo.

The connection is read-only: invoices are issued in Siigo. Issuing and posting them from the system is part of the roadmap.

04Artificial intelligence

Three agents, each with its own scope

There are three AI agents in our operation and they don't do the same thing. We show them separately, with what each one does today.

WhatsApp agent

Serving each client's authorized contacts

Available
  • Signed connection with the system: identifies who's writing and checks they're an authorized contact of the client.
  • Looks up the client's collections to place what they send.
  • Creates action items for the client, for example uploading a file to the portal.
  • Checks committed dates for samples and patterns, for internal use.

Each operation is switched on separately and every request is logged. It doesn't share prices, internal notes or other brands' data.

Portal Assistant

Natural-language queries for the internal team

Pilot
  • Answers questions about the operation with text, a table and a spreadsheet.
  • Used for summaries, reports and efficiency queries.

Read-only. The database blocks prices, costs, payments, payroll and personal data for it. Today administration and design use it.

Management assistant

Management queries across the whole operation

Pilot
  • The same natural-language queries, including costs and money.
  • Used for one-off analysis and summaries on request.

Read-only and for management use only. It doesn't produce automatic reports: it answers when asked.

05For the brands that manufacture with us

Your collection, in your own portal

  • Send your order as you have it: AI builds the order by product, color and size, and you review it.
  • Every meeting ends in minutes our team reviews and you approve.
  • Approve quotes and pay online, in dollars or pesos.
  • Everything in English or Spanish.
06Where we're heading

Roadmap

In development
  1. 01

    Deeper accounting integration

Going from querying Siigo to issuing and posting invoices from the same system.

  2. 02

    A management agent

Production progress reports, executive summaries, cost analysis, delivery notes, invoicing and receivables, prepared from the system's information.

  3. 03

    Answers by role

Each person gets what concerns them: operations for operators, their area for supervisors, purchasing and inventory for administration and consolidated information for management.

  4. 04

    Process and decision automation

Scheduled tasks, alerts and recommendations based on what the system already records.

None of this is available yet and we don't sell it as a product. We share it because it's the direction we're building in, and what we learn along the way is what we bring to every project.

07How it's offered

We don't sell the system. We sell what we know how to do with it.

If you manufacture with us

Your brand works in the TFP System portal, included with the manufacturing service.

If you want something similar for your company

We start with a diagnosis and build or adapt what you need to measure, quoted per project.

If you'd like to use TFP System

It isn't offered as a product yet. Write to us and we'll let you know when there's news.

Can I buy TFP System or subscribe to it?

No. TFP System is our plant's system and today it isn't sold as a license or subscription. What we offer is diagnosis and made-to-measure implementation.

Does TFP System invoice in Siigo?

No. It queries Siigo Nube to validate each invoice against its delivery note and to follow receivables and cash receipts. Invoices are issued in Siigo.

Are the AI agents finished?

Not all of them. The WhatsApp agent handles specific operations with authorized contacts. The two query assistants are pilots, with restricted access and in read-only mode.

Can my brand use the portal?

Yes, if you produce with us. Access is by invitation and comes with the manufacturing service.

08The journey of an order

From idea to invoice, in 14 steps

This is how an order moves through our plant. Images are published as they're approved, always with demo data.

  1. 01

Send your order as you have it

The brand uploads the photo or PDF of its purchase order and the portal builds the order by product, color and size, ready to confirm.

  2. 02

    Every meeting, its minutes

AI drafts the minutes and action items, and our team reviews them before sending them in the client's language.

  3. 03

    The sample, step by step

Every style moves through nine stages and every adjustment is marked on the garment photo.

  4. 04

Approve and pay in the portal

The brand sees progress, approves quotes and pays online, in English or Spanish.

  5. 05

    Prices you can explain

The price comes from the minutes of each operation, the plant's real cost per minute and the materials.

  6. 06

    What was agreed, in writing

Every negotiation closes with an acceptance record that fixes quantities and prices.

  7. 07

    Everything planned before cutting

The order becomes work orders and a materials plan that's locked once issued.

  8. 08

    Purchasing in order

From order to receipt, with approval separated from payment and the real cost of each lot.

  9. 09

Scan the roll, know its history

Every lot has a QR label: scanning it shows balance, location and movements.

  10. 10

    From marker to cutting table

Every marker and every unit cut by size is logged before moving to sewing.

  11. 11

    The line, hour by hour

Every module logs hourly output against target, with staffing changes and controlled closing.

  12. 12

    Plant indicators

Productivity, utilization and idle time per module, ready to analyze or export.

  13. 13

    Ships counted and checked

Only what quality received ships, with an independent recount and control of seconds and returns.

  14. 14

    Receipt confirmed, with evidence

When we ship, the client gets a link to confirm receipt or report issues with photos.
