Stop chasing folders.

Your whole brand in one place, with your production inside.

The moodboard on a phone, the tech packs in Drive, the pattern sitting in the pattern maker's inbox, quotes spread across three different chats and a spreadsheet that started out fine and no longer matches what was actually spent. The system we run our own plant on is also your portal: documentation by collection, quotes with written terms, sample approvals, production progress, materials and budget. Free access is for The Full Package clients only.

How it works

From reference to delivery

01

We give you access

When you confirm production with us we open your account and your team's. It is not a separate subscription: it comes with the service.

02

We load your collection

References, tech packs, patterns, moodboard and brand documents, organised by collection instead of scattered across folders.

03

You quote with written terms

Price, minimum, delivery date and what is and is not included. It lives on the reference, not in a chat that gets lost.

04

You approve the sample

Yes or no, with a written reason and read confirmation. Nothing moves to the next step without approval.

05

You follow the progress

Cutting, sewing and packing reported with real dates. You see where your order stands without calling to ask.

06

You control materials and budget

If you supply the fabric: how much you handed over, how much was actually consumed against the tech pack and how much comes back.

The problem is not that you are missing a piece of software

No brand complains about lacking a system. They complain about having too many folders, too much information scattered around and too much to keep track of from memory. A spreadsheet is excellent to start with and a problem a year later: it breaks, it gets duplicated, only the person who built it understands it, and there is no way to let anyone else in without emailing them the whole file. This is what a five-reference brand looks like today:

  • The moodboard on a phone, the tech pack in Drive, the pattern in the pattern maker's inbox.
  • Quotes across three different chats, none of them comparable to the others.
  • The fabric that was bought: on an invoice, a receipt and in somebody's memory.
  • The budget in a spreadsheet that no longer matches what was actually spent.
  • The designer and the accountant asking for things only the owner knows where to find.
  • And production updates arriving whenever somebody remembers to send a photo.

What you get inside

One place for the documentation, the money and the production of every collection, with access for your team: each person gets to what concerns them without you having to email files to anyone.

  • Documentation by collection: moodboard, brand book, palette, tech packs, patterns, labels and packaging.
  • Quotes with written terms: price, minimum, date and scope, with read confirmation.
  • Sample approvals: yes or no with a reason, and the history of what you approved and when.
  • Order tracking: cutting, sewing and packing, with real dates.
  • Materials and inventory: entries, issues and balance, with every issue charged to the order that consumed it.
  • Collection budget against what has actually been spent, side by side.
  • Users for your team: the designer, the accountant and the partner, each with their own scope.

Who gets in for free

Free access is for clients only. We want this stated plainly, because it is what we are asked most often: the system is not sold on its own as a subscription anyone can sign up for. If you produce with The Full Package, your brand gets in at no cost. It comes with the service, it is not invoiced separately and there is no monthly fee. And the workshops your brand invites do not pay either: they get in free, they only see the orders of whoever invited them, and their only job is to report progress.

  • Your brand: free while you produce with us. Included in the service.
  • Your team: as many users as you need, with no per-person charge.
  • The workshops you invite: free always, and they only ever see their own work.
  • Your data is yours: everything you upload can be downloaded in full, whenever you want.

If you want to use it without producing with us

That is possible too, and that is where it has a price. It is the only case in which the system is charged for: a brand that wants to run its own workshops, with production that never goes through our plant. There are tiers depending on the size of the operation — a brand putting together its first collection does not need what a brand with several collections a year and separate teams needs — plus a separate plan for a workshop that wants shop-floor control of its own plant. We do not publish a price list because the scope changes with each case: write to us and we will put together the right one. What is settled is that we do not charge per user. Almost all software in this sector charges per seat, and here that works against the product: the system is valuable precisely because everyone is inside, and charging per person puts a price on exactly what we want people to do for free. It ends with three people sharing one password.

  • For the brand putting together its first real collection.
  • For the brand with several collections, teams and workshops in rotation.
  • For the workshop that wants shop-floor control, timings and cost per minute in its own plant.
  • Onboarding is charged separately: loading your catalogue and bringing in your current workshops.

We are a factory, not a software company

This is the difference, and it is not a slogan. We have spent years costing garments with measured minutes, real efficiency and fabric in centimetres, because that is how we arrive at our own prices. The system came out of that: it is not a tool somebody designed while imagining how a workshop works, it is the one we use to run ours. That is why the screens speak the language of production rather than that of a generic ERP, and why we can tell you whether a number makes sense before you sign anything. A software company can put figures side by side; it cannot tell you what that garment should cost.

What we are building

We would rather say it than imply it: these three pieces are not available yet and we are building them. When they land, they land for the clients who are already inside.

  • Project figures: how much money you need, what margin it leaves and how many units you have to sell to break even, before spending a peso.
  • Workshop comparison: the same request to several workshops, every answer in the same format and in the same table.
  • WhatsApp assistant: check progress, report with a photo and get reminded of commitments, without opening the site. It is a separate development and is priced separately.
