When you produce with The Full Package, your brand works in the TFP System portal, the system we run our plant on. There you see every collection and style, approve or reject quotes, pay online or upload your proof of payment, approve meeting minutes and answer our questions. Access is by invitation and comes with the manufacturing service.

When you work with us we invite you to the portal. When you sign in you accept the data policy and find PDF guides to get started.
Send your order as you have it
Upload the photo, PDF or spreadsheet screenshot of your purchase order. AI builds the order by product, color and size, and you review it before sending.
Every meeting ends in minutes
We prepare the minutes and action items with the help of AI, our team reviews them and you approve them or ask for changes in the portal.
Your sample, step by step
Every style moves through nine stages, from pattern to tech pack. When you ask for an adjustment, we mark it on the garment photo and check it point by point on the next sample.
Approve and pay
Approve or reject quotes, several at once if you like, and pay with a secure link in dollars or pesos, or upload your transfer receipt.
Confirm receipt
When we ship we send you a link to confirm receipt or report an issue with photos.
Following a collection over email and WhatsApp doesn't work

Who gets access
The portal is for brands that produce with The Full Package. There is no open sign-up: we invite you when you work with us, and access comes with the service. It isn't sold separately or as a subscription.
We are a factory, not a software company
TFP System isn't a tool someone designed imagining how a workshop works: it's the one we use every day to run ours, from per-minute quoting to the delivery note. The portal is the part you see.
