Materials & minimums
Swimwear requires technical fabrics. We work with high-performance spandex and polyesters resistant to chlorine, salt water and UV rays, along with quality linings, elastics and hardware. We can source materials or produce with fabric you supply. Our minimum is from 50 units per style, perfect for capsule collections and seasonal launches.

Quality control
In swimwear the details matter: we check seam strength, symmetry, elastic tension, lining and hardware attachment, and finishes. Every garment is inspected before packaging to guarantee durability and a perfect fit.

Approximate timelines
Pattern making and samples take 2 to 4 weeks, counted from the moment the tech pack is validated by both parties and the sample fabric is physically in the plant, not from the order date. Your own turnaround approving each sample runs inside that window and, in practice, is what stretches the most. Production runs on a standard 14 to 18 week schedule, which already includes about one month of fabric and trim sourcing. If you supply the fabric and trims yourself, that month comes off the schedule and we can work a priority calendar, provided everything reaches the plant complete and on time. As a seasonal category, planning ahead is critical; we provide a detailed schedule in the quote.
